Write an email to the restaurant's manager in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things: State what problems you had with the food you ordered. Complain about the service. Describe how you want the hotel to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Dear manager, I am writing to complain about your hotel which I booked for my brother's birthday party. A friend of mine suggested your hotel, and I made a reservation for a banquet hall for my brother's 16 birthday party. The decoration and music of the hall were charming and enjoyable, on the other hand, the food and service were terrible. For the meal, we selected the "Kabab" dish in the appetizer for our guests. The kabab was supposed to hot while serving the food, but it was scorched and cold; thus, the kabab was chewy, and it could not be eaten. Hence, I requested a waiter to replace this food, but he denied very rudely, so I told the other staff member, but surprisingly I got the same response from other staff. At that time, you were not present, so I want to draw your attention to this issue. I hope you would take some initiative to solve the problem, I paid for the meal and service, which I did not receive appropriately, so I am demanding some reimbursement.
