Read the following information.

You recently travelled to Toronto by local airline. You had an unsatisfactory experience at the airport.

Write an email to the manager of the airport in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

  • Provide details of your flight.
  • Explain the problem that you had.

To whom it may concern, I am writing this to express my dissatisfactory experience at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport that needs to be addressed. I travelled from Montreal City to Toronto City on August 05, 2020, by Jetways Airlines #9031. Undoubtedly, the flight was excellent, and it arrived at its destination on time. However, the experience at the airport was terrible. First, I had to wait in a long queue to get my luggage. After searching for almost two hours, I got to know from one of the employees that my luggage is missed. I asked for the reference number to contact BBTCA if they find my luggage in the times to come. However, I got a very unpleasant reply from one of the employees named Sumida. She told me to wait there for another 4-5 hours to see if they find anything; otherwise, they won't be able to locate my luggage. I did not expect such a terrible service at the most famous city's airport. Could you please assist me with my lost luggage?
