Read the following information.

You recently made an online purchase and the product was not the same as the description on the website.

Write an email to the website support department in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

  • What you purchased and when.
  • Exactly how it is different from the website description.
  • How you would like the company to fix the problem.

Hi Team, I am Thomas, a customer of your amazon online store for a long time. I am writing to you regarding the issues I experienced with my recent purchase from your online store. Since my baby has skin allergies, I placed an order for a Brand A hypoallergenic baby oil after reading the ingredients in the product description mentioned on your website's product page to make sure it does not include any tree nuts. First, I was terrified to see the tree nuts mentioned on the product label ingredient list. I am glad I reread the label before I applied it to my baby, which could have triggered an allergy attack and a medical emergency. Second, the order was delivered almost after ten days. It should have been delivered within two days as it was advertised on the product page. I checked my order details every day to update shipment, but it was not updated until I received the product, which was ten days after the delivery date shown during order placement on your website. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and questioning using your store for my future purchases. However, I do want to give another chance before I make my mind. I would like you to issue a full refund of last purchase and most importantly update your website product description to include the tree nuts. Regards Thomas
