Dear Insurance Manager, I am Felix, and I have been a loyal and satisfied customer and using your services for four years. Unfortunately, I lost my diamond ring when I was travelling from Paris to Calgary. It is costly. It is a gift from my husband on our first wedding anniversary. It is a white gold ring, and on the top of it, there is a large diamond stone and small stones all around the ring. The flight was indirect to Calgary and landed in Toronto for three hours. When the aircraft took off in Toronto, I have noticed that I forgot my wallet in the duty-free area. I was shopping there to buy a fragrance. I spoke to the duty-free customer service agent to check my wallet. He said that the wallet was available in the lost and found section but unfortunately without the ring. I am appealing to your expertise to with me with this matter. The price of the ring is around $4,000. I can attach the receipt with the reimbursement form. I am hoping you can take care of my case and be able to reimburse the ring value. Thank you for your prompt attention. Regards Fenni
