Writing Task 2: Responding to Survey Questions
Read the following information.
Your city is planning to develop new sports complex. The city has sent out an opinion survey to see what residents would like to have built-in that area.
Sports Complex development survey:
Option A: Athletic tracks and supports Complex: Sports complex will mainly provide facilities to Athletes.
Option B: Baseball ground: Authorities will develop ground with a good sitting capacity
To whom it may concern. I am thrilled to see the city giving a lot of importance and funding to sports. Baseball ground seems a good option, but I don't see it getting used as much as the sports complex with athlete tracks. I feel so strongly about baseball that baseball is not a popular sport in our city. On the contrary, I have seen many athletes from our city competing at a national level. The new athlete track will not only help existing athletes train more complex but also motivate them. The sports complex will help us expand the number of sports, attracting more people towards fitness. In conclusion, I believe a sports complex with athlete tracks is a better investment for our city in the long term. I believe the city will make the right choice for the residents as always.
