Dear Pearson Airport Manager, I want to write about my lost luggage. Yesterday, I landed in Toronto around 8 pm with flight WJ7550 in San Francisco. After disembarking the aircraft, I went straight to the luggage carousel to pick up my checked luggage. Unfortunately, I waited until the device was all clear and couldn't find my belongings. That was when I approached the information desk that instructed me to write you this email. I am highly frustrated that my stuff might have been sent to a different and wrong destination. Inside the two pieces of luggage, I carried expensive items such as a personal laptop, two digital cameras and a tablet. Not to mention some items that were emotionally valuable for me. I am hoping that it was re-sent to Toronto and will have it back regardless of the delay. However, if the worst scenario occurs, I claim to receive compensation to cover the expenses to repurchase my electronic devices since it is essential for my daily work routine. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Regards Felix
