  • Complain about the service.
  • Describe how you want the restaurant to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Dear Restaurant Manager, My name is Felix, and I am a regular clientele of your executive restaurant. Please consider this mail as an expression of dissatisfaction and lament regarding my recent visit to your restaurant with friends where the served food was inferior quality. As a vivid food enthusiast, upon arrival at the venue on 27th April on our reserved time, we have ordered a few starters and main course. To my surprise, the served food was not cooked properly, and the presentation was not at per the hotel standard. Furthermore, the service was not good at all this leave me dissatisfied with haulage. We initially give up the food in mid, and we were keen to report the incident to management, but due to the absence of management, we decided to report later and leave the premises. To resolve the issue, I would suggest providing the free passes as compensation and deploy the quality team to inspect the food before the customer along with new management so the other customer should not have to go through similar hardship. Along with mail, please find the pinion representation of receipt. Please consider this mail as a lament and provide me with a lament number through your feedback management system under the consumer forum in the timeline. Yours sincerely, Felix.
