Dear Manager, I'm writing to express my concern regarding a piece of furniture I bought from your store recently. On the 16th of May, I ordered a dining set because my friend recommended you since he had an enjoyable experience, and I read the reviews on your website. I was so excited about receiving the item on time but, when I received the item, I was disappointed as you sent me a faulty one. There is also a scratch mark on the inner side of the legs of the table. Notably, they are quite visible at first glance from a distance too. The fabric used on the chairs is low quality and is not the one I saw at your store. Since the issues are unbearable, I would like you to arrange a pickup and replace it with the new ones as soon as possible. Also, for the inconvenience caused, it would be great if you could offer a discount on my next visit. I would highly appreciate your prompt response. Thanks for your consideration and kind support.
