To whom it may concern I am writing to file a travel insurance claim, the details of which are described below. From February 9 till February 12, I was visiting my family in Paris. On Saturday, February 10, my parents and I went to St Johnson's Park for a walk. After having had a lovely walk through the picturesque parking area, we decided to take a sit on a bench for a moment. I clearly remember placing my wallet on the bench next to me, where I most likely left it and walked away. The wallet was a memorable gift from my wife for our wedding anniversary. The brand of the loss was 'Aviator'. It was brown colour genuine leather. The wallet was large capacity inside. However, it looked pretty slim. It also had a small hand made inscription 'Love You Forever' on the front cover. That signature distinguished the wallet and made it very special to me. I still have a receipt for that present. It is worth 200$. I want to get a complete reimbursement since I plan to purchase an identical item from the same company. Please send me details of how exactly I should fill my claim in. With appreciation, Felix.
