Write an email to the Airline

Write an email to the Airline in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

  • Problems faced by regular passengers
  • Complain about the poor service

Dear Sir, I am writing this email to complain about the problems, I faced on your flight during my travel, last week from New York to San Diego. My flight was booked for 24th September at 9.30 pm. The flight was delayed by 3 hours. There was no prior notice given to the passengers about this delay. We were just asked to wait on the flight, after boarding. I asked one of your staff members about the reason for this delay, he responded rudely and did not provide any information. In addition to this, there was also a shortage of food on the flight. All the passengers were not served snacks during the journey. I requested a glass of water, and it was served 30 mins later. I have been a regular customer at United Airlines, and I am really disappointed about the poor quality of customer service. I request you take measures against this and improve your service.
