Dear Manager, I'm writing this letter to complain about the accident I encountered last week in your supermarket, located downtown. I live in your neighbourhood, and I frequently shop from your grocery. So far, I was strolling there to buy some stuff, and I sloped badly to the floor. When I found myself unhurt, I recognized a wet place in the spot where I fell. It seems that somebody was cleaning there minutes ago, but there was no sign in that spot to warn customers to avoid walking there. Therefore, under no circumstances is this fault acceptable from your workers. I'm a young man, but imagine how terrible it can be if this accident happens to senior citizens. I haven't seen any slippery signs in your supermarket. So, you have to have some signs, but it should be mandatory for your employers to use them. I hope that I see a noticeable difference in your place next time. Regards Felix
