Dear insurance company manager, I'm writing this letter to describe the situation that I encountered with it last week. I lost my laptop, and I couldn't find it after searching for several days. It is the new version of the rotatable HP brand, with hazy golden colour. So far, I went to participate in the conference in Vancouver last week. After finishing the meeting, I visited my old friends. Then, not only was I forgot to get my laptop from the desk, but I spent a lot of time with them, and I have to be hurry to reach the flight. Therefore, I couldn't come back again to check the conference building. Anyway, as I have travel insurance coverage, I believe that your company can cover the cost of my laptop. In the meantime, the value of new of it is around 3000 CAD, which I modified it's hard by adding some extra equipments such as GPU, CPU, and RAM and the total cost of it should be around 5000 CAD.
