Read the following information.

You recently made an online purchase and the product was not the same as the description on the website.

Write an email to the website support department in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

  • What you purchased and when.
  • Exactly how it is different from the website description.
  • How you would like the company to fix the problem.

Hi Support Team, On June 07, 2020, after extensive research in stores and web sites, I bought in the www.onlybikes.ca the following mountain bike with the following characteristics: 29" wheels, 24 gears, and frame in aluminum. The initial ETA was on June 20. However, the delivery was only yesterday, on July 06. During this period, it was not possible to track the shipment, and in my contacts with your company, I received only generic emails without any specific answer to my questions. Even though I was happy yesterday to receive a package, unfortunately, when I opened the box, not everything was right. The bike you send me is 18 gears and not 24 as I bought. My initial reaction was to cancel my purchase. However, I understand we are in pandemic time, and many things are not happening as planned. Therefore, I'd like to know from your side if you have a 24 gears mountain bike and if it is possible to use a 7-days delivery in the next shipment. I am waiting for your reply. Felix
