Writing Task 2: Responding to Survey Questions

Read the following information.

Your city is planning to develop a new sports complex. The city has sent out an opinion survey to see what residents would like to have built in that area

Sports Complex development survey:

Option A: Athletic tracks and supports Complex: Sports complex will mainly provide facilities to Athletes.
Option B: Baseball ground: Authorities will develop ground with a good sitting capacity

As a proud resident, I would like to vote in favour of constructing a sports complex in our society. Even though the baseball ground seems like a boon for some members which, also gives the luxury of seating great capacity crowds. But, I believe the intermediate athletes like myself and professionals need the foundation of a supportive sports facility. A sports complex firstly will offer great infrastructure facility such as the tracks which, a developing sprinter like me or any pro concerned with basically any sport such as biking, skating, racing etc were deprived off in the past. Secondly, with the sports complex, many other support facilities for various recreational sports will be indulged. As of many years, our residents faced such challenge of not having access to a sports facility nearby. The closest sports facility from our town is around an hour drive towards the city, and this proposition from the city can really add productivity and convenience in one's life. Henceforth, I leave my opinion with you and will always be supportive of the outcome, irrespective of the decision.
