Dear Manager, Based on the insurance policy instructions, I am writing to inform the company that I have lost my passport during my trip to New York City on Victoria's day holiday. When I first got there, I was highly insecure about going out to enjoy the city without having my passport with me. I thought that I could be in trouble if, eventually, a police officer stop me and ask for my documents. That's why I didn't think twice, and before stepping out of the hotel for the first time, I have put it in my jean's pocket. I clearly remember that I double-checked my pocket before entering the first gallery. But at the end of the day, when I got back to the hotel room, I realized my pocket was empty, and I couldn't find my document anywhere. I may have let if fall somewhere, and due to the first-day anxiety, it was too late when I realized it. As far as I understood when signing the contract, my travel insurance package covers the cost for this item lost. I would like to know from you what are the next steps. Thank you in advance Mia
