Writing Task 2: Responding to Survey Questions

Read the following information.

Your city is planning to develop new sports complex. The city has sent out an opinion survey to see what residents would like to have built-in that area.

Sports Complex development survey:

Option A: Athletic tracks and supports Complex: Sports complex will mainly provide facilities to Athletes.
Option B: Baseball ground: Authorities will develop ground with a good sitting capacity

To whom it may concern, I want to thank you for asking our opinion regarding this vital facility option for our community. I strongly agree that option B would be a more reasonable choice for us. I will support my ideas with the following details. I genuinely believe that building a baseball ground would be an appropriate option over an athletics sports complex for various reasons. Firstly, people of our city will have proper baseball ground with better sitting capacity. Locals are fond of this sport and go to major cities like Toronto, Montreal to watch this sport, where they have lots of hassle travelling with their children. Therefore, having a baseball ground in our city would probably be a convenient option for the city's people. Secondly, our city will develop economically and socially, will create jobs for our youth in the field and in the stadium, where many people would benefit economically by selling products and beverages during this event. It will connect people and socially be interacted by all. Thus, developing a baseball ground will be a viable option for their respective residents. Finally, constructing a baseball ground in our city is vital and the smartest initiate toward the success of its local fellow. Regards, Mike
