I would like to choose option B in which there will be held at the neighborhood party. Even though Children decorate a wall fence is also a good option. Newly come to the neighborhood will get a chance to meet existing residents. First of all, choosing the neighborhood party option is best. This is the way where different families will meet each other and making new relationships with each other. To make new friends and understand the different cultures also welcoming during the party. At the party every generation making fun and enjoying the party. Secondly, It's very important that if any want any type of help will be useful for all residents. If any new ting needs to organize for that purpose also expenses will be divided into all residents. To make a healthy environment required to know your neighborhood. Based on the above reason, I believe organizing a neighborhood party would be a better choice. This is my personal suggestion, but I will support whatever decision comes from the community center.
