You recently made an online purchase and the product was not the same as the description on the website.

Write an email to the website support department in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

  • Exactly how it is different to the website description.
  • How you would like the company to fix the problem.

Dear Sir / Madam, The purpose of my today writing is that I recently buy a pair of shoe online from the Shein app. I purchase the product on May 17, And the order number is A01234, and it got delivered within one week. When I received the product, I felt glad as I received the product earlier, and it was beyond my expectations. When I opened the courier, I felt gloomy and highly disappointed as this was not the exact product I am looking for. Since the ad on the official site has a different shoe style than the one I received, I desired to have yellow stripes and black in colour and a high-neck. The one which I received has different plain colour as well as no design. Hence, I want to request you that please resend the item through express shipping or compensate me by returning the total amount of payment that I made. At that time, I am sending the product back within this week. I am hoping to have my desired pair of shoe within this week! Yours sincerely, Felix
