Read the following information.

You recently purchased a furniture from renowned furniture brand,

Write a letter to manager complaining about the poor quality of the furniture in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

  • Give details of the nature of the complaint,
  • Request for immediate repair or replacement as needed.

Dear Manager, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent wood table purchase at your Bloor street east branch. I want to replace the product as soon as possible, or in the least case I would expect from you a prompt repair. I am a very loyal customer of your brand furniture for several years. I was quite happy with your service so far. However, my recent purchase is not up to the mark. Firstly, the table looks beautiful, and I really fell in love with that. I have decided on the spot and paid my bill even though it was too expensive. I have verified the product at your store; it seems everything looks great to me. To my surprise, when the product delivered to my home, I could find some strains and dents. I am very sure this is not my original purchase. I would request you to replace the table, or It will be great if you can make it repaint to cover the dents and strains. I will look forward to hear your response. Yours faithfully, Mike
