Dear Walmart Manager, I am writing to bring to your notice a minor accident I had to suffer due to your staff's negligence. I am a resident of C-block in Surrey. Your supermarket located in E-block is always my first preference for my needs. I have been visiting here for the last two year, and a couple of months back, I received a privileged customer card. Last Friday, when I returned from my office, I stopped at Walmart to buy my favourite liquor. However, due to the chilly weather, I had a desire to use the loo. When I was about to enter the washroom near the electronics section, I suddenly slipped and hurt my left ankle and knee. A nearby customer lent a helping hand and told me that I slipped due to the wet floor. I understand that cleanliness and proper hygiene is of utmost importance in the current pandemic situation. However, I would like to request you to display visible signboards while your staff is performing the cleaning activities. I hope you acknowledge and take appropriate action on priority to prevent such incidents from happening again. Regards, Tony
