Dear Manager, I am writing to express my utter annoyance for the unpleasant experience I encountered at your supermarket Yesterday. I have been patronizing your supermarket for a long. In Aug, 22nd 2020, I went to your supermarket for purchasing the grocery. Suddenly, I entered the market, my leg got slipped down, as something was poured all over the entrance gate and the floor was wet. Therefore, it is sheer misconduct and negligence on your part. It is a shame when an esteemed brand like yours care less for patrons. Unfortunately, I got a hairline fracture. Due to this, I am not able to join the office for the next 15 days. When I complained about the same to the supervisor, he started pointing me out instead of accepting the mistake and said," You should need to be careful while walking". Ergo, it made me write to you.
