Dear Support Department, I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction about a purchase made by me from your website. I purchased a 'Raaze' blue denim, size 32, on the 12th of May 2020. However, I received the denim on a priority notice (within one day), but in bad condition. The denim was ripped on the upper right side with a few stains of a red-coloured dye. The denim I ordered was light blue-coloured with no such design or ripped pattern. I have been your loyal customer for three years now, and this is the 6th time this kind of incident has taken place. I would like you to send me the denim I ordered on an immediate priority basis with a 30% discount due to the inconvenience caused. Also, it would be best if you arrange a delivery agent to pick up the wrong parcel sent to me, whenever you can.
