Dear Store Manager, My name is Felix. I am writing this email to show my disappointment with my purchase. I have had an online purchase of a barbecue couple of weeks ago. I bought the gas barbecue with the support and thermometer announced in your flyer. Nevertheless, the barbecue I received was the charcoal one, with no support and no thermometer. I called several times, and the customer service was not helpful at all. I have no clue about using a charcoal barbecue, and I am going camping next weekend. Therefore I need the barbecue as soon as possible. I wondered if I could go to your store in Coquitlam and change for the right product announced on your website. It would be fantastic for me because the store is on my way to go to work. Another great solution would be to refund the total amount of the money spent on my purchase, plus the delivery service in my credit card account. I am looking forward to your response. Regards, Felix
