Writing Task 2: Responding to Survey Questions

Read the following information.

Your city is planning to develop new sports complex. The city has sent out an opinion survey to see what residents would like to have built-in that area.

Sports Complex development survey:

Option A: Athletic tracks and supports Complex: Sports complex will mainly provide facilities to Athletes.
Option B: Baseball ground: Authorities will develop ground with a good sitting capacity

To whom it may concern, Personally, I think that a Baseball ground would be a better choice. Even though Athletic tracks and supports Complex would provide various facilities to the Athletes, the Baseball ground would offer more practical benefits. First, the current field is minimal, and there is not enough space for the different teams to practice. Second, every time the pitcher pitches the ball, it crosses the fence, and the players are not always able to find it, which ends up interrupting the flow of the game and disturbs the practice. Second, parents have no place to sit when they come to watch their children play. They are forced to stand, and it can be exhausted to be on your feet for an hour. Also, tall people sometimes block the game's visibility for the shorter ones who come to watch it. The new Baseball ground would provide a vast sitting area that will eliminate all of these problems and allow you to watch the game more comfortably. Based on those two considerations, I would prefer the Baseball ground over the Athlete tracks and supports Complex. Kind Regards Mark
