Dear Mr Manager, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the public transport facilities in the Surrey area. I have been living in this area for the last three years but have never experienced these circumstances. To begin with, there is a lot of miss-match between the scheduled and actual arrival of the buses. The delay caused embarrassment since I reached late for a meeting not only once but twice. In addition to this, upon raising the concern with the driver, he started shouting. And he blamed passengers for the delay. His attitude was too harsh. I regret to inform you that your public transport service is below my expectations. To resolve these problems, I would like to suggest some improvement areas. Firstly, it would be appreciated if you could install timers at the bus stops to display the next bus's arrival time. You should strictly follow the timings. Secondly, the daily commuters would be obliged if you could provide the staff with the appropriate training on people management. Thank you for your time and support.
