Writing Task 2: Responding to Survey Questions
Read the following information.
You are working in a company offering financial services. Your company is conducting a survey to improve the ways to recruit new employees. The company has sent an opinion survey to see what existing employees think about changes in recruitment policy. There are two options :
Recruitment policy survey :
Option A:Hire recruitment agency.
Option B: Hire people only through a reference from existing employees.
To whom it may concern, I thing hire new members by the agency for the work will be a better option. Although adding more workers at work by reference could help find suitable workers, I believe professionals in a recruitment agency can support us more in looking for hard workers. First, a High professional and well-educated recruiter of agencies can help us find new members rather than hired by the reference of old staff members. We need to let the agency know about the requirements required for new members, and they will take over the whole responsibility on their shoulders. The agency will find good employe for us and save some money for our company as well, as the company does not need to offer many benefits to them. Also, hiring staff by seeing their skills and education is beneficial; hence, the more deserving people can get a chance. For instance, last year in winter, we hired people by reference who were all new in this industry, so it took two months to teach them about work. Considering these reasons, I think the agency is better than our company's development. However, it is just my point of view. I will support whatever the company would like to do.
