  • Ask help from Secretary of the colony in tracing the owner

Hi Manager, My name is Thomas. I am writing this email to bring your attention to a gold chain I found in the colony compound during my pleasant visit last week Sunday. The description of chain I found as follows; It is a 22 carat gold with 6.5 inches long. It has a white cross pendant, and at the back of the pendant, there is a picture of a little boy with a blue shirt, white jeans, and a black sandal. I found this chain at the back of Mr. John Kelly's car parking area. I would like to request if the secretary can trace the owner with the description mentioned above can get the chain back. If the story does match the description as mentioned above, then the owner doesn't own the chain. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions regarding this chain. Thank you for your consideration. Best regards, Thomas
