Read the following information.

You had recently ordered a book, online from a bookseller. The book sent by him was not the latest edition, even though you had paid the money according to the latest edited version.

Write an email to the bookseller in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

  • Complain about service of the online site
  • State about the urgency for the latest edition

Hello, Subject: Order No: WUH2345, purchase date 7/23/2020 I recently purchased from your website, and I am disappointed with my purchase. I ordered the current edition of Accounting for Beginners by Cole H Hart. However, I was mailed the previous version of the book. Also, I was charged the price for the current edition even though I received the older edition. I recommend the company should rectify this error in your product - price mismatch and put up correct information for the buyers. Furthermore, this whole episode has caused me severe problems because my exams are due in a month, and I still have no book. I needed the latest version because it has the revised syllabus as per the university guidelines. I request that you send me the latest version at the earliest. I will mail you the old version post your confirmation on the matter. Kindly provide me a resolution as soon as possible. You understand I do not want to underperform on my exams. Warm Regards Emma
